The Comedy Club

So, I’m a little behind schedule.

That’s a bit of an understatement. Really, I thought I’d have made this site live months ago. Funny how easily life seems to get in the way of things.

But in saying that, am I saying that *this* isn’t also life? No, absolutely not. In creating a website, I’m hoping to turn this into an extension of my life. I’m hoping for authenticity!

So what’s up? How we doing?

Me? Well, I just turned 24. Getting a little more scared with each passing day at the thought of growing older and all the debt I’ll be living with for the rest of my life, but in an extended celebration of the event, I’ve decided it’s time for a break. Which is to say, I took a week and a half off work. Why not?

In the meantime, I’m hoping to get my shit together, so to speak. Working on some designs, doing some writing, scouting out job opportunities, what have you. Results are mixed so far, but that’s okay. Sometimes I forget it’s alright not to get every single thing done in a day that I’d like to. I know that I won’t be able to say “I’ve still got time” forever, but for now? I’m just fine.
